English Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL)

This training is aimed at non-native English speakers. Gaining an ESOL qualification demonstrates that you have good speaking, writing, listening and reading skills in English. Not only will it help improve your social interactions and every day life – its also a great way to show employers your language skills.

Course Length: Throughout the year

When: Classes are part-time, mornings , afternoon, twilight and evenings. Classes run through the week and on Saturdays.

Where: ESOL at Leeds City College: Part time day (inside school hours) and evening functional skills classes, delivered from Deacon House, Seacroft, Enfield Centre Roundhay Road, Joseph Priestley Centre Beeston and Eastgate.

Eligibility: Employed, Unempolyed, asylum seekers, refugees
