LTHT – Newly Qualified Nurse

As a newly qualified nurse you will receive our trust induction and award winning 12 month preceptorship programme ensuring you receive support and guidance for your transition from student to RN. This includes a 4 week supernumerary period and you will be supported by preceptors who have received specific training for this role. Whilst waiting for your PIN you will be paid at AFC Band 3.
