This is an exciting opportunity for anyone who is looking to take their first step into an administration role within the health and care sector.
This is a free 4-week course where you will achieve a level 1 Btec in Customer Service. Throughout the course you will gain an understanding of why customer service is important, how to deliver excellent customer service, understand customer service and look at your own personal development and transferable skills. Part of our commitment is to offer you an interview for an administration role, at the end of the course, with a health and care provider in Leeds. These roles could be placed in a care home, hospital or a local health centre. These will be entry level roles, with employment opportunities either via an apprenticeship or direct employment available with a starting salary of £20,000+ Full time. In preparation for your interview the course will cover the application process and interview skills providing you the opportunity to achieve your goal.
To be able to access this course you must be able to:
- Work 30 hours a week
- Commit to a four-week programme 9:30 till 3:00 PM, 3 days per week
- Have been a resident in the UK for more than three years plus or be an asylum seeker or refugee
- Work at an entry Level 3 in English and Maths (this is
equivalent to G Grade or Grade 1 GCSE) or above.
