Healthwatch Leeds is an independent organisation that makes sure your feedback influences and improves health and care services in Leeds. We actively gather the views of local people and communities about their experiences of health and care and what is important to them. If you have experience of health and care services (e.g. GP, hospital, dentist, pharmacy, care homes, home care) please get in touch.
We also offer free and confidential advice, information and signposting service to help point you in the right direction. Our trained staff can help you find out about health and care services near you, how to access the support and advice you need and what to do if you have a concern or complaint. Sharing feedback with us about services helps us see the bigger picture so we can better influence services.
