The first Leeds People & OD Festival is taking place this week. Alongside partners, we are hosting a series of events between Monday 13th and Thursday 16th, that will allow HR, OD and People colleagues to create connections, celebrate success, and develop as professionals.

Festival Timetable
Festival topics have been selected using feedback gathered during the recent Leeds People and OD Forums, where discussions were held to identify the key areas that our health and care People colleagues would like to work on together. As a result of these conversations, this year’s themes are: Looking After our People, Developing our Workforce, Creating our Culture, and Developing our Profession.
