Springboard Women’s Development Programme

This award-winning international programme is a three-month personal and work development programme aimed at women working in non-managerial roles across the Leeds Health and Care system.

Women are supported to assess themselves, set goals and develop practical interpersonal skills and the self-confidence necessary to achieve success in their lives.

During the programme participants review topics such as understanding strengths and unlocking potential, building confidence and presenting a positive image, enhancing assertiveness skills, developing greater influencing skills, setting goals and priorities, managing stress, building networks and improving communication skills.  As well as the opportunity to network with other colleagues the programme provides opportunities to hear from women from a range of roles and sectors sharing the challenges they have faced during their personal and professional life.
