The Fairer Healthier Leeds Level 4 programme is a time-limited, practice-based offer designed to build teams’ capability and confidence to improve health equity within real service settings. Over 8–12 weeks, teams explore a specific equity challenge, understand the wider factors driving inequalities in access and outcomes, and test practical changes to create more inclusive services. We are now inviting teams to submit their expressions of interest to be part of this new programme of work.
