Join our Flexible Delivery Team!

A number of fantastic opportunities have arisen to join the Leeds Health and Care Academy bank as part of our Flexible Delivery Team.

We’re looking for multiple workforce, training and organisational development professionals who are open to part-time, flexible work involving exciting programmes and projects, and who are motivated to apply their expertise where it will really make a difference.

These projects and assignments will often be initiated at short notice and could range from a few days’ work to boost delivery capacity, to a planned project lasting for several months.  Predominantly home based, much of the work can be part-time and hours can be flexible, although for some activities (e.g. training delivery) there may be fixed hours and locations within Leeds.  Under ‘bank’ arrangements, work is not guaranteed and there is no obligation to accept an assignment when it is offered, but the variety of work available means that these opportunities may be ideal for those looking to enhance their portfolio career, supplement part-time work or studies, or considering flexible retirement.
