Third Sector Care Roles

The Third Sector in Leeds is broad and diverse, offering a range of care related roles across different population groups, specialisms and settings. Each role will have it’s own requirements, but the sector provides opportunities for people at every stage of their career, and many organisations will offer opportunities for people with non-conventional routes into roles in the sector.

Often other skills are much valued from the arts to construction, catering to transport and more. Employers can be local/micro with less than ten staff up to national charities employing thousands. Third Sector roles require dynamism and flexibility, but those in role are rewarded with a rich, holistic and person centred experience delivering care and support.
