- Co-created with over 500 people, including 11 youth groups, ensuring content reflects the needs, voices, and experiences of young people.
- Uses an occupational psychologist-designed quiz to match users to roles.
- Provides practical, step-by-step guidance to progress career exploration.

Highlighting over 100 health and care roles – from frontline clinical roles to ‘hidden’ careers in areas like pathology, law, catering, and community support – raising awareness of the breadth of opportunities in Leeds.
Academy Role
The Leeds Health and Care Academy leads the design, delivery, and ongoing development of Career Compass Leeds, in collaboration with partners across the system. It ensures the platform remains inclusive, relevant, and aligned with citywide workforce priorities.
