Health Equity in Public Facing Roles
An in person training day for colleagues working in people facing roles across health and care, including but not limited to clinical, non clinical, administrative and support staff. If you regularly work with and talk to members of the public in your everyday role, this session is aimed at you.
Health equity in leadership and management
This in person training day is designed to encourage leaders and managers to consider health equity in the design and delivery of the services we provide and the environments that we all work in. Looking at our working practices and organisational culture, learners will be equipped to identify practical and achievable actions which can improve access to services, the experience of receiving care and make a big difference to people’s health and lives
