What support is available?
We offer help across two key areas
The Thrive @ Work Hub offers fast-track support for health and care staff in Leeds experiencing muscle, joint, or back problems.
This service is designed to help you get quicker access to specialist support, when first line management has failed. Thrive does not replace appropriate first line management which should include a Primary Care appointment with a GP (or a First Contact Physiotherapist if available).

We offer confidential support to help health and social care staff manage their mental health and wellbeing at work. This includes access to advice, practical tools, and tailored support to help you cope with stress, build resilience, and stay well in your role.
We offer fast access to professional mental health support for health and care staff in Leeds.
This service includes a range of therapies such as:
This is a specialist service. You will first have a clinical assessment to understand your needs and decide which type of support is most suitable for you.
If your organisation provides an Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) and you are looking specifically for counselling, you may be signposted to that service as the most appropriate first option.
