Understanding Your Own Neurodivergence

The Understanding Your Own Neurodivergence training programme offers a blend of flexible e‑learning and supportive coaching to help neurodivergent colleagues develop greater self-awareness, confidence, and practical workplace strategies. The self-paced e‑learning explores key topics such as understanding your neurotype, managing overwhelm, and building effective ways of working, while the six week group coaching programme provides a safe, collaborative space to share experiences, set achievable goals, and apply learning in a meaningful way. Together, these elements support individuals to thrive at work by working with, rather than against, their strengths.
